Bewl Water

I spent a morning down a Bewl Water again for some more grebe shots and this Little Egret briefly put in an appearance enough for a couple of frames. Cropped a reasonable amount as a wonky horizon and some dark mud in the foreground which I wanted to get rid of.

I have added some canvas to the right of the bird and to the bottom of this shot.

Now for the grebes, a little bit softer that I thought they would be with an extender, which leads me to think I should have microadjusted it, but I only picked it up the day before so was eager to try it out. They stayed quite far out again but the longer reach I now have allowed for some again okay, but not brilliant shots that would not have been possible before.
